Background

PCD Network Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1992 as a Computer Networking Company, offering complete network solutions. Products and services included: Custom PCs, Servers, LAN Design and installation, Infrastructure Design and installation, Novell, LANtastic, Windows for Workgroups, and Windows NT Network Operating Systems. In 1996 we began to explore Internet technologies to see what effect it would have on the markets we served. In 1997, in an effort to further enhance the current Product and Service offerings, the following Internet Services were added: Dial-up and Full-Time Internet Connectivity and custom email and web hosting services. PCD then began to develop data backup, retrieval and processing using Internet technologies. In January 2000, PCD Internet services had grown to the point that it was decided to brand it separately under the DBA of 3z.net a PCD Company and begin developing a national rollout strategy for connectivity, hosting, and application services.

Current 2002 - 2003

While networking will always remain as our foundation, Internet / Intranet services are fast becoming a very important part of the products and services we offer our clients. The Internet services that we offer are natural extensions of the networking business we have established. In addition to the initial offerings, the following services are offered:

• We now focus on Windows NT/2000 as our main supported network operating system. We no longer support new Novell installations but continue to support existing clients with Novell installed. Linux is the primary network operating system we use for our Internet Back Bone. We use Linux for DNS (Domain Name Servers) and RADIUS (user authentication) as well as mail and web.
• 24 x 7 network admin and monitoring.
• Remote network management.
• Co-hosted web, application and thin client servers.
• Managed thin client services in our NOC (Network Operations Center) as well as the customer site.

We have secured and maintained the following product and software certifications:

• Intel Product Dealer (Complete Server and Station Hardware Platform)
• MCP (Microsoft® Certified Partner)
• MSWHP (Microsoft® Web Hoster Program Member)
• MSDN (Microsoft® Developer Network Member)
• MSASP (Microsoft® Authorized Application Service Provider)
• Citrix MetaFrame Solution Provider (thin client services)

These additional certifications paved the way for several new emerging markets that are very complementary to our current products and services, as well as leveraging the existing talents and skill sets present at PCD/3z.

The PCD/3z team is made up of 9 highly professional technical and support personnel: 7 Technical, and 2 Administrative. Everyone is focused on the same goal, to deliver superior services in a progressive, consistent, and dedicated manner. We have worked very hard to earn our position in the markets we serve. Our experience and innovative approach to the services we offer has always set us apart. We partner with every client to deliver a complete technology solution.

As high speed Internet connectivity becomes common place and extremely affordable new markets are emerging almost over night. The high-tech companies that can leverage the convergence of voice and data technologies on an Internet platform will not only come out on top during the current technology wave, they will also be the architects of the next generation of network computing. PCD/3z is uniquely qualified to participate in the current technology wave and make a significant impact in the markets we serve. Many Core Networking Technologies are being completely reinvented at this time. The new technologies being introduced are changing the foundation of how we connect to all types of information services.
