Located in the East tower of Rivercenter in Covginton, KY, 3z.net's operations are monitored by state-of-the-art technology and highly trained personnel.

Power to our facility is filtered and backed up by a 250KVA On-Line battery backup system provided by Liebert as well as 750KVA Kohler diesel powered generator. In the event of a power loss the battery backup systems are able to sustain full operational status for an indefinite period of time. Within 30 seconds of a utility source power loss the diesel generator comes online restoring full power to the network until utility power is restored and stability is verified. During this transfer the entire network is on battery backup so there is a seamless transfer of power.

All primary systems within the core 3z network are redundant. Everything from our Cisco core routers and PIX firewalls to our DNS and Authentication systems have secondary hardware that is in place and running and ready to take over in the event of any hardware failure or glitch. All hardware and connectivity is monitored 24/7 with between 2 and 4 technicians on call at all times to respond instantly to any problems that may arise.
